David or Donna Norford will arrive approximately 30 minutes prior to the ceremony time. If not previously provided, present your marriage license for review and pay the balance of expenses in cash prior to ceremony start.

IMPORTANT: You are engaging services and content consistent with selections and in a time period you have agreed to; therefore, an on time start is essential. However, if briefly unavoidable, we extend a grace period of 15 minutes. Beyond the grace period, a fee of $20 for each 10 minute delay, or portion thereof, will be due in cash prior to the start of the ceremony.

Advise your bridal party and guests to arrive before the ceremony start time as a start time is specific.


The Virginia Civil Marriage Commissioner fee [$50] is limited by statute. 2011 Code of Virginia Title 20 Domestic Relations Chapter 2 Marriage Generally (20-13 thru 20-37.2) and specifically 20-27 [$50] fee for celebrating marriage at their residence or place of business. "Celebrants may negotiate additional fees with the parties to the marriage for traveling to other locations, for attendance at rehearsals, for providing facilities and for other optional services, including reimbursement for mileage and other out-of-pocket expenses." (Title 20-27 and the 1992 Report of the Attorney General 101)

$50 Officiant Fee


Indoor simple ceremony for 2 (no guests)  $50

Indoor Ceremony.  $60 includes 6 guests plus officiant fee.
      Additional guests $10 each

         Deck Ceremony overlooking the Potomac River:  $60 includes 6 guests plus officiant fee.    
       Additional guests $10 each (Seasonal: May - September)

Dock Ceremony on the Potomac River:  $175 plus officiant fee. (Seasonal: May - September)

Maximum of 14 guests.

Includes golf car assistance to and from dock as needed.

    Beach Ceremony on the Potomac River:  $375 includes up to 21 guests plus officiant fee.

Additional guests $10 each. (Seasonal: May - September)

Includes golf car assistance to and from beach as needed.

Lawn Ceremony:  $250 includes up to 21 guests plus officiant fee.

Additional guests $10 each. (Seasonal: May - September)

Table w/disposable tablecloth  $25

   Reception/Cake Cutting/Champagne/Dressing $75 per hour or portion thereof.
